User further agrees that Hari Prasad Gopi Krishna Saraf Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that Hari Prasad Gopi Krishna Saraf Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Hari Prasad Gopi Krishna Saraf Pvt Ltd, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In case of dissatisfaction, clients have the liberty to cancel their scheme and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order payment within 1 day via written email to info@KittyDemo.com or by calling our tollfree number and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.
An account cannot be cancelled once you have used the balance amount in it against shopping at our stores.
Refund Policy
Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used.
The Management’s decision with regard to issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
