This Scheme shall be known as “Aisshpra’s Save To Sparkle Scheme” (hereinafter referred to as “the STS”)

For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions of this Scheme, M/s. Hari Prasad Gopi Krishna Saraf Private Limited will be referred to as “the First Party” and the Customer shall be known as “the Account Holder”.


1. Account Opening & Enrolment

  • Only adult individuals can enrol in to the STS. Minors are prohibited from this Scheme.
  • The Account Holder should ensure that all Original Receipts / Payment Vouchers are stored safely with them at all times. The Account Holder should verify that the payments made by them are correctly printed and any discrepancy should be immediately brought to the Store Manager’s notice, for suitable rectification.
  • In case of any change in contact and/or address details and/or bank details and /or any other details submitted by the Account Holder at the time of enrolment to the STS, the Account Holder is required to intimate such change to the First Party or email to info@aisshpra.com within 7 (seven) days of such change along with necessary documentary evidence of such change as may be required by the First Party. This information also has to provided on the Toll Free Number 1800 120 1299.
  • The maturity date shall be calculated according to the date of the first payment by the Account Holder.

2. Monthly Payments

  • The Account Holder should ask for a computerized Receipt / Payment Voucher, duly signed by the Store Manager / Cashier, from the Store where he/she is making the payment. Receipt for payment made by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) / Cheque will be given only after clearance of payment.
  • Payment of monthly instalment(s) should be made by the Account Holder on or before the due date in the Store where the account is opened. Non MICR CHEQUES will not be accepted.
  • The Account Holder shall be provided with a grace period of 7 (seven) days in a month for payment of the instalment due. However, it must be clearly understood that in any case due date for the subsequent instalment will be calculated from the initial due date and not the date on which the instalment is actually paid. In the event the Account Holder fails to pay the instalment within the grace period, proportionate discount as offered herein shall be reduced on a pro-rata basis, at the time of purchase/redemption, the calculation of which will be made from due date ( enrolment date).
  • It shall be the responsibility of the Account Holder to pay the instalments as and when they fall due. Aisshpra Store or the First Party shall not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments and to collect the same from the Account Holder.
  • No extra discounts are offered for prepayment of any instalment. In any case the maximum discount available under this scheme is 65% as detailed in the table below.

3. Redemption

  • Redemption will be as given below:

  • At the time of purchase of jewellery/redemption, the Account Holder has to personally come with all the original STS Receipts and such ID proof as may be required and execute the Account Closure Form, to effect the redemption of the instalments paid in the STS.
  • All jewellery purchased under the STS will be subject to gold and stone charges, labour charges, making charges, wastage charges, material charges, statutory taxes/levies applicable at time of purchase.
  • The STS account has to be closed at the end of the tenure or premature closure by purchase of jewellery of a value equal to or higher than the total instalments paid and the applicable discount as per the Table above. In case the Account Holder opts not to purchase the jewellery, the total amount of money paid by him/her against the STS will be refunded directly to his/her bank account. An E-Discount Voucher of the applicable discount as per the Table above will be mailed to the registered e-mail i.d. of the Account Holder with a similar intimation to the registered mobile number of the Account Holder. This E-Discount Voucher will have to be redeemed within a period of 2 years from the date of closure/termination of the STS Account failing which the discount shall stand forfeited by the First Party without any further intimation to the Account Holder. Partial purchase of jewellery and partial refund will not be permitted.
  • The Account Holder is mandatorily required to redeem his/her account before 361 days from the date of enrolment to the STS. In case the Account Holder does not close his/her STS account within this period, the total amount deposited by him/her against the STS will be refunded directly to his/her bank account. An E-Discount Voucher of the applicable discount as per the Table above will be mailed to the registered e-mail i.d. of the Account Holder with a similar intimation to the registered mobile number of the Account Holder. This E-Discount Voucher will have to be redeemed within a period of 2 years from the date of closure of the STS Account failing which the discount shall stand forfeited by the First Party without any further intimation to the Account Holder
  • It is further clarified that the tenure of the STS Account can under no circumstances be extended beyond 360 days from the date of commencement of the Account. In the event an Account Holder fails to pay any instalment(s) either through electronic mode or physically through cheque/draft, on account of any force majeure event, the discount scheme as provided in clause 3(a) above shall be applicable on redemption.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

  • In case of loss of original STS payment Receipts by the Account Holder, he/she shall be personally responsible for any loss resulting therefrom including but not limited to redemption / purchase by any other person.
  • The STS is non-transferable.
  • In the event of death of the Account Holder, the amount due against the STS will be transferred/refunded to the nominee(s) of the Account Holder. In case the Account Holder does not nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the Account Holder will not be entertained unless such person being a legal heir/duly authorised person claiming the benefits in the STS on behalf of the deceased Account Holder shall produce below documents to First Party:
Death certificate of the deceased
Succession Certificate
NOC from other surviving legal heir for redemption
Indemnity undertaking to indemnify First Party from claims
Copy of registered Will (if any)
Indemnity undertaking to indemnify First Party from claims
Any other supporting documents and/or clarification as may be required by the First Party

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinbefore, the decision of First Party shall be final on the sufficiency of any document in all such cases above and the same shall be binding upon the claimants.

  • The First Party reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of this STS without prior intimation to the Account Holder, as long as the same is not prejudicial to the interests of the Account Holder. The First Party shall, however, not be responsible for any changes necessitated by any regulatory requirement
  • The First Party also reserves the right to suspend the STS at any time. In such an eventuality, the Account Holder, at his/her option, may purchase any item other than Bullion & Coins at the Aisshpra Store equal to the value of the instalments accumulated in his/her STS account along with discounts accumulated as on that day or seek refund of the total amount of instalment paid by him/her. In such a case the applicable discount voucher will have to be personally collected by the Account Holder after executing the Account Closure Form.
  • The First Party shall not be responsible and/or liable for any cyber-crime and/or cyber fraud committed against the Account Holder arising out of use of the First Party’s website and/or transactions using First Party’s website and generally for any transactions/communication done with the First Party through the use of any electronic mode/medium
  • The discount voucher can be redeemed against a minimum purchase of jewellery equivalent to the total instalment paid
  • The discount available under this Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/gift voucher prevailing at the time of redemption
  • The liability of First Party under the STS is limited to the extent of the instalments paid by the Account Holder and the accumulated discount, if any, as per STS conditions contained herein.
  • All disputes arising out this Scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Gorakhpur alone.
  • The Account Holder’s enrolment under the STS represents his/her express acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Scheme of his/her own volition without any external influence / coercion, express or implied.

यह योजना Aisshpra की सेव टू स्पार्कल स्कीम के रूप में जानी जाएगी (इस योजना को यहाँ“STS ( एस टी एस) ” के रूप में भी जाना जाएगा)

इस योजना के नियमों और शर्तों के प्रयोजन के लिए, मैसर्स हरि प्रसाद गोपी कृष्ण सराफ प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को "प्रथम पार्टी" के रूप में जाना जाएगा और ग्राहक को "खाता धारक" के रूप में जाना जाएगा।


१. खाता खोलना और नामांकन

  • केवल वयस्क व्यक्ति ही एस टी एस में दाखिला ले सकते हैं। नाबालिगों को इस योजना से प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
  • खाता धारक को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि सभी मूल रसीदें / भुगतान वाउचर हर समय उनके साथ सुरक्षित रूप से संग्रहीत रहें l खाता धारक को यह सत्यापित करना होगा कि उनके द्वारा किए गए भुगतान सही ढंग से मुद्रित हैं और उपयुक्त सुधार के लिए किसी भी विसंगति को तुरंत स्टोर प्रबंधक के ध्यान में लाया जाना चाहिए।
  • फ़ोन नंबर और / या पते के विवरण और / या बैंक विवरण और / या एस टी एस में नामांकन के समय खाता धारक द्वारा प्रस्तुत किसी भी अन्य विवरण में परिवर्तन के मामले में, खाता धारक को इस तरह के बदलाव की सूचना 7 (सात) दिनों के भीतर info@aisshpra.com पर ईमेल करना होगा और हमारे टोल फ्री नंबर - 1800 120 1299 पर सूचना देना होगा l ऐसे परिवर्तन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज सबूतों के साथ, जैसा कि प्रथम पक्ष द्वारा अपेक्षित है, खाता धारक को उपलब्ध कराना होगा
  • परिपक्व तिथि की गणना खाता धारक द्वारा पहले भुगतान की तारीख के अनुसार की जाएगी।

२. मासिक भुगतान

  • खाता धारक को कंप्यूटरीकृत रसीद / भुगतान वाउचर के लिए उस स्टोर के स्टोर प्रबंधक / खजांची द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित रसीद मांगना चाहिए जहाँ वह भुगतान कर रहा है। स्वचालित क्लियरिंगहाउस ("ACH") / चेक द्वारा किए गए भुगतान की रसीद भुगतान की मंजूरी के बाद ही दी जाएगी।
  • मासिक किस्त का भुगतान खाता धारक द्वारा नियत तारीख या उससे पहले करना होगा l गैर एम आई सी आर (MICR) चेक स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
  • खाता धारक को देय किस्त के भुगतान के लिए महीने में 7 (सात) दिनों की अनुग्रह अवधि प्रदान की जाएगी। हालांकि, यह स्पष्ट रूप से समझा जाना चाहिए कि किसी भी मामले में बाद की किस्त के लिए नियत तारीख की गणना प्रारंभिक नियत तारीख से की जाएगी और उस तारीख पर नहीं जिस पर किस्त वास्तव में भुगतान की गई है। यदि खाताधारक अनुग्रह अवधि के भीतर किस्त का भुगतान करने में विफल रहता है, तो खरीद / विमोचन के समय उसके तहत दिए गए आनुपातिक छूट को समर्थक अनुपात के आधार पर घटा दिया जाएगा। जिसकी गणना देय तिथि से की जाएगी l
  • जब भी किश्त देय होंगे, किस्तों का भुगतान करना खाता धारक की जिम्मेदारी होगी। भुगतान के लिए अनुस्मरण भेजने और खाता धारक से भुगतान संग्रह करना Aisshpra Store या प्रथम पक्ष की जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
  • किसी भी किस्त के पूर्व भुगतान के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त छूट नहीं दी जाती है। किसी भी स्थिति में इस योजना के तहत उपलब्ध अधिकतम छूट नीचे दी गई तालिका में विस्तृत रूप में 65% है।

  • मोचन /आभूषण की खरीद के समय, खाता धारक को व्यक्तिगत रूप से सभी मूल एस टी एस प्राप्तियों और इस तरह के आईडी प्रूफ के साथ आना होगा जो की आवश्यक हो सकता है और एस टी एस में भुगतान की गई किश्त के मोचन को प्रभावित करने के लिए खाता बंद करने के फॉर्म को निष्पादित करना होगा।
  • एस. टी. एस. के तहत खरीदे गए सभी आभूषण, सोने और पत्थर के शुल्क, लेबर चार्ज, अपव्यय शुल्क, सामग्री शुल्क, वैधानिक शुल्क / कर खरीद के समय लागू होंगे
  • d.एस. टी. एस. खाते की कुल किस्तों के बराबर या उससे अधिक मूल्य के आभूषणों की खरीद और उपरोक्त तालिका के अनुसार लागू छूट के आधार पर कार्यकाल या समय से पहले बंद करना होगा। यदि खाताधारक आभूषण खरीदने का विरोध करता है, तो उसके द्वारा एस टी एस के खिलाफ भुगतान की गई कुल राशि सीधे उसके बैंक खाते में वापस कर दी जाएगी। उपरोक्त तालिका के अनुसार लागू छूट का एक ई-डिस्काउंट वाउचर पंजीकृत ई-मेल ID पर मेल कर दिया जाएगा। खाते धारक के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भी ई-डिस्काउंट वाउचर भेज दिया जायेगा l इस ई- डिस्काउंट वाउचर को एस. टी. एस. खाते के बंद होने / समाप्त होने की तारीख से 2 साल की अवधि के भीतर उपयोग करना होगा, ना कर पाने पर,यह छूट खाताधारक को बिना किसी और सूचना दिये प्रथम पक्ष द्वारा जब्त कर लिया जाएगा। आभूषणों की आंशिक खरीद और आंशिक वापसी की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
  • खाता धारक को अनिवार्य रूप से एसटीएस में नामांकन की तारीख से 361 दिनों से पहले उसके खाते को बंद करना आवश्यक है। यदि खाताधारक इस अवधि के भीतर अपना एस टी एस खाता बंद नहीं करता है, तो उसके द्वारा एस. टी. एस. के खिलाफ जमा की गई कुल राशि सीधे उसके बैंक खाते में वापस कर दी जाएगी। उपरोक्त तालिका के अनुसार लागू छूट का एक ई-डिस्काउंट वाउचर पंजीकृत ई-मेल I.D पर मेल कर दिया जाएगा। खाता धारक के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर समान सूचना के साथ इस ई-डिस्काउंट वाउचर को एस टी एस खाता बंद करने की तारीख से 2 साल की अवधि के भीतर भुनाया जाना होगा, यह छूट खाताधारक को बिना किसी सूचना दिए प्रथम पक्ष द्वारा जब्त कर लिया जाएगा
  • यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि एसटीएस खाते का कार्यकाल किसी भी परिस्थिति में खाते के शुरू होने की तारीख से 360 दिनों से आगे नहीं बढ़ाया जा सकता है। ऐसी किसी भी स्थिति में यदि,खाताधारक किसी भी किस्त के माध्यम से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड , शारीरिक रूप से चेक / ड्राफ्ट के माध्यम से ,किसी भी किस्तों का भुगतान करने में विफल रहता है तो, छूट खंड 3 (ए) में प्रदान की गई छूट योजना, मोचन पर लागू होगी।

४. अन्य नियम और शर्तें

  • खाता धारक द्वारा मूल एस. टी. एस. भुगतान प्राप्तियों के नुकसान के मामले में, वह व्यक्तिगत रूप से किसी भी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा, जिसके परिणाम केवल मोचन / खरीद तक सीमित नहीं है।
  • एस टी एस गैर-हस्तांतरणीय है।
  • खाता धारक की मृत्यु की स्थिति में, एस टी एस के देय राशि को खाते धारक द्वारा नामांकित व्यक्ति को हस्तांतरित / वापस कर दिया जाएगा। यदि खाताधारक किसी व्यक्ति को खाता धारक की ओर से किसी भी अन्य व्यक्ति (दावों) को नामित नहीं करता है, तो ऐसे व्यक्ति का कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी / विधिवत अधिकृत व्यक्ति होने का दावा माना नहीं जाएगा जब तक कि लाभ का दावा करने वाला व्यक्ति मृतक खाताधारक की ओर से एस टी एस प्रथम पक्ष को यह नीचे दस्तावेजों को जमा करेगा:
मृतक का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण पत्र
छुटकारे के लिए अन्य जीवित कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी से एनओसी।
दावों से प्रथम पक्ष की क्षतिपूर्ति करने का उपक्रम।
पंजीकृत वसीयतनामा (यदि हो)
फर्स्ट पार्टी द्वारा आवश्यक अन्य सहायक दस्तावेज और / या स्पष्टीकरण
इसमें निहित कुछ के बावजूद, प्रथम पक्ष का निर्णय उपरोक्त सभी मामलों में किसी भी दस्तावेज की पर्याप्तता पर अंतिम होगा और दावेदारों के लिए भी बाध्यकारी होगा।

प्रथम पक्ष खाता धारक को पूर्व सूचना के बिना इस एस टी एस के परिवर्तन, संशोधन, जोड़ने या हटाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है l हालाँकि, प्रथम पक्ष किसी भी नियामक आवश्यकता के परिवर्तन के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

  • प्रथम पक्ष किसी भी समय एस टी एस को निलंबित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है। ऐसी स्थिति में, खाताधारक अपने विकल्प पर, बुलियन और सिक्के के अलावा किसी भी वस्तु को अपने एसटीएस खाते में संचित किश्तों के मूल्य और उस पर मिलने वाली छूट के बराबर खरीद सकता है l यदि खाताधारक भुगतान की गई किस्त की कुल राशि की वापसी चाहते हैं ऐसे मामले में लागू छूट वाउचर को खाता बंद करने वाले फॉर्म को निष्पादित करने के बाद खाता धारक द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप से एकत्र किया जाना होगा।
  • प्रथम पक्ष किसी भी साइबर क्राइम और / या साइबर धोखाधड़ी के लिए ज़िम्मेदार और / या उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी, जो कि प्रथम पक्ष की वेबसाइट के उपयोग से उत्पन्न अकाउंट होल्डर और / या प्रथम पक्ष की वेबसाइट और आम तौर पर किसी भी लेन-देन / संचार का उपयोग करने से उत्पन्न होता है, किसी भी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड / माध्यम के उपयोग के माध्यम से प्रथम पक्ष के साथ किया जाता है।
  • डिस्काउंट वाउचर को भुगतान किए गए कुल किस्त के बराबर आभूषण की न्यूनतम खरीद के खिलाफ भुनाया जा सकता है l
  • इस योजना के तहत उपलब्ध छूट को किसी अन्य योजना / प्रस्ताव / उपहार वाउचर के साथ भुनाया नहीं जा सकता है।
  • एस टी एस के तहत प्रथम पक्ष की देयता खाता धारक द्वारा भुगतान की गई किस्तों और उस पर निहित एस टी एस शर्तों के अनुसार संचित छूट, यदि कोई हो, तक सीमित है।
  • इस योजना से उत्पन्न सभी विवाद अकेले गोरखपुर में न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगे।
  • एस टी एस के तहत खाताधारक का नामांकन किसी भी बाहरी प्रभाव / जबरदस्ती, व्यक्त या निहित बिना उसकी / उसके स्वयं की महत्वाकांक्षा की इस योजना के नियमों और शर्तों को व्यक्त करने का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।

What can I buy?

You can buy your favourite jewellery article from our wide range of jewellery collections. However you cannot buy gold/silver coins and bars and gift vouchers.

Where can I buy from?

You can buy from any of our Aisshpra stores.

Can I buy online?

As of now, you cannot redeem your account online

What do I need to carry at the time of redemption?

You are mandatorily required to carry your original receipts and identification proof as mentioned in your personal details.Refer to terms and conditions .Please carry your registered mobile number as the redemption will be made against an otp sent on your registered mobile number

Can my friend / relative redeem on my behalf?

Only if you’ve nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, can he/she redeem the account on your behalf by completing the necessary mandatory processes.

Till when can I redeem my account?

You are advised to redeem within 361 days from the account opening date. Beyond this period AISSHPRA will process the refund.

Can I buy before the account gets matured?

Yes, you can redeem the account before maturity. Bonus however would be applicable provided you have paid 6 monthly instalments on the due date and the redemption date is in 7th month. If you redeem before 7 months then no bonus will be paid. Refer to t&c

Queries on Enrolment

Can I enroll online in Save to Sparkle?

Yes you can enrol online. However as of now the redemption will be made only at our offline stores and not while shopping online.

Who can enroll?

Anybody Indian citizen above 18 years of age is eligible to enrol

Can I change my instalment amount after enrolment?

Once the first instalment is paid, you cannot change the instalment amount.

Who is a Nominee? Whom can I Nominate?

In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. Minors cannot be nominated in this.

Is there any limit of instalment amount?

A single person can operate a single STS account or multiple accounts totalling upto 15000/-instalment per month

Payment

What are the available payment options?

There are multiple payment options. You can pay through cash, cards, ECS, PDCs at our showrooms. You can also make instalment payments on our website or using your cards, net-banking. You can activate SI option on your credit card for seemless payments.

How can I see my payment status?

Whenever you want to see your Save to Sparkle status login into www.aisshpra.com,then go to my accounts,you can login through your registered mobile number as username and the password will be sent to you as on otp.

Do I get any payment alerts?

Yes once you are enrolled you will get payment reminders through messages however it will be your responsibility to pay your instalment in time if incase due to any glitch the message is not sent.

How do I know if my payment has been credited to my Save to Sparkle Account?

You’ll get a computer generated receipt duly signed by the cashier or store manager. You can go to my accounts in www.aisshpra.com and see your account details. You can also login to the aisshpra app available on play store and see your account details

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails due to any reason it will be your responsibility to make the payments by alternative modes to avoid late payment penalties.

Can I pay all installments at once?

Yes you can pay all installments at once but you will not be entitled to any any extra benefit or discount and your maturity period will also not change.

What happens if I miss paying installments?

If you delay or miss paying installments, the discount shall be reduced proportionately to the effect of the number of days the payment is delayed by.

General Query

can I change the personal details given by me?

No. You cannot change any of the personal information given by you besides your email address

How do I change the personal details given by me?

For making any change in the personal details given by the customer earlier,the customer needs to mail a request on info@aisshpra.com and call our help line number 18001201299. He would have to provide the necessary documents as required by us to make any change.

Can I change my registered mobile number?

It is not possible to change your registered mobile number as your registered mobile number is the same as your unique membership number.

What to do when I'm not getting the OTP?

OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed.

Otp will be sent on your registered mobile number and your email address mentioned in your personal details
If you do not receive the otp then you can request for otp via call on your registered mobile number

What if I have discontinued my registered mobile number how will I get the otp

You can get the OTP via email address provided by you and In case you do not have an email address then a declaration form will be provided to you at our store which after being duly filled by you will allow you to get your save to sparkle amount adjusted against your purchase.

What is privilege membership programme?

THIS programme allows members to earn & redeem points across all Aisshpra brand stores & www.aisshpra.com.

Who can register in this Program?

Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens. The membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases

Is the privilege membership transferrable?

The membership is non-transferable

Can reward points be merged of multiple memberships?

No it is not possible to merge reward points

How do I register in this programme?

Offline enrollment: Every customer who shops at any of offline store can enrol into membership through a simple process for which he will be assisted by our sales executive and after doing so his/her’s mobile number will become his/her’s unique membership Id.

E-comm enrollment: Any customer who transacts at www.aisshpra.com will become a Privilege member provided he opts for the membership. Customer selects a product & while checking out he will mention his mobile# for final billing, mobile# will be verified for membership status & an OTP will be triggered for validation purpose. Upon successful validation of OTP a membership form will be generated and after filling the required details and submitting,the mobile number will be registered as the membership number. For any future transactions customer can use the same membership Id. Customer will be identified through mobile# either for purchasing online or offline.

How an existing Privilege member can login to www.aisshpra.com?

No it is not possible to merge reward pointsAfter selecting the desired product, customer will prepare for checkout. While checking out customer has to provide the mobile# & at the back end mobile# number will be queried for membership status. If customer is already a member then his/her rewards points will be added.(kindly refer to t&c) to his privilege membership number which is the same as the registered mobile number, if he is not a member then he can opt for a new registration.

Do I get reward/privilege points on my first purchase?

Yes you do get reward points on your first purchase

How do I redeem reward Points?

Offline Redemption: at the time of billing you can opt for redemption and an otp will be sent to your registered mobile number and on entering the same by executive will be able to redeem your points. Online Redemption: After the OTP verification the user can reedem available reward points.

What to do when I'm not getting the OTP?

OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed.
Otp will be sent on your registered mobile number and your email address mentioned in your personal details
If you do not receive the otp then you can request for otp via call on your registered mobile number

How do I change the personal details given by me?

For making any change in the personal details given by the customer earlier,the customer needs to mail a request on info@aisshpra.com and call our help line number 18001201299.He would have to provide the necessary documents as required by us to make any change.

Can I change my registered mobile number?

It is not possible to change your registered mobile number as your registered mobile number is the same as your unique membership number

What if I have discontinued my registered mobile number how will I get the otp?

You can get the otp via email address provided by you and if in case you do not have a email address then a declaration form will be provided to you at our store which after being duly filled by you will allow you to get your accumulated points adjusted against your purchase

Can the Privilege points earned in the store be redeemed online and vice-versa?

Yes, Points earned in store or online can be redeemed at store as well as online & vice-versa.

When will I get my Privilege points?

When customer transacts at www.aisshpra.com, earned points will start reflecting in their my account within 15 days from transaction

What will happen to privelge points if I cancel return the order?

When goods are returned/transactions cancelled the points will be debited to your account.

What will happen if I dont use my Privilege Points?

Earned points do not come with an expiry period however if Aisshpra decides to discontinue this programme then it will inform all the privilege members in advance.

How to know my Privilege points balance?

Customer can check his points balance by logging in to my accounts or call on help line number

Can one earn Privilege points along with other offers/promotions/discounts running on site?

Yes reward points can be earned while shopping with a discount coupon or under any offer

Are there any products which are excluded from this program?

Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from this program. Customers cannot earn points against purchase of the same or redeem their points for the purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards.
